- 1 cup Raspberry syrup (Torani syrup works well)
- 1 cup Orange Syrup (Torani syrup works well)
- 1 cup Grape syrup (Torani syrup works well)
- ¾ cup lemon juice (divided)
- 1 fresh lemon (zested and divided)
- 10 cups crushed Ice (approximately 6 trays)

Preparation

Pour syrup into three separate glasses or containers. Add 1/4 cup lemon juice to each container. Divide zested lemon into three even portions and add to syrup and lemon juice mixture. Mix to blend ingredients. Chill in the refrigerator.

Shave ice by placing 2 1/2 to 3 cups crushed ice at a time in a food processor, pulsing until the ice is finely shaved. Store shaved ice in a large plastic storage bag in the freezer for up to 2 days.

Scoop 1 1/2 cups shaved ice into a cup, paper cone or serving dish. Pour 3 to 4 tablespoons of the syrup mixture over the ice. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
