1 wheel Camembert 200 grams (approximately 7 ounces)
1 pinch freshly grated Nutmeg
200 milliliters Whipped cream
salt
freshly ground peppers
Swiss chard (or fresh beetroot leaves)

Preparation
1.

Cut the Camembert into pieces and purée with a couple tablespoons of the heavy cream until smooth. Beat the remaining cream until stiff and fold into the Camembert puree. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Process the mixture in an ice cream machine or freeze for 3-4 hours, stirring well every 30 minutes.

Slice the baguette and toast the slices until golden brown.

Rinse the Swiss chard and spin dry.

Plate the frozen Camembert puree with the toasted baguette and Swiss chard. Serve with a glass of white wine.
