- 400 grams Strawberries
- 250 grams Goat cheese
- 4 Tbsps chopped almonds

Preparation

Rinse the lettuce, trim, remove tough stems and spin dry. Put on a plate and sprinkle with lemon juice. Rinse strawberries, trim, drain and chop.

Cut goat cheese into slices, roll in the almonds, and arrange on the salad. Sprinkle mint and peppercorns over salad and garnish with strawberries.
