80 milliliters white wine
1 Tbsp green peppercorns (from a jar)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, peel, and slice the potatoes. Boil in salt water for about 15 minutes, until about halfway cooked.

Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Heat butter in a large pan. Fry the potato slices and onion rings well. Add wine and pepper and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Then pour in cream, heat and serve immediately.
