- 500 grams Brussels sprouts
- 500 grams small, cooked potatoes (waxy)
- salt
- 1 onion
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- 4 Sausage
- 3 Tbsps butter
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Remove any damaged outer leaves of the sprouts and cut the stalks crosswise. Boil in salted water for about 10 minutes. Rinse in cold water and drain.

Peel the onion and cut into cubes.
3.
Slice the potatoes lengthwise into quarters and fry in some butter with occasional turning. Shower with thyme and add the onions. Fry for a minute or so and then add the sprouts to reheat. Season with salt and pepper.
4.
Fry the sausages in some butter and then cut into thick slices. Mix with the potato and sprouts.
Serve immediately.
