- 400 grams Oyster mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 50 milliliters olive oil
- 1 organic lemon (juiced and zested)

Preparation

Clean mushrooms and cut off any tough stems. Peel garlic and cut into slices. Rinse rosemary, shake dry and pluck off needles. Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic with rosemary for a few seconds, add mushrooms.

Cook mushrooms on one side for about 1-2 minutes or until golden brown, turn over and cook for 1-2 more minutes. Remove from heat, sprinkle with lemon zest and drizzle with lemon juice. Season to taste and serve.
