1 packet vanilla pudding mix

For the apple slices
2 medium Apple
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
2 packets Vanilla sugar

Preparation steps

Mix pudding powder with 6 tablespoons of milk and stir until smooth. Boil remaining milk and sugar in a saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in pudding mixture. Return to stove and bring to a boil while stirring. Let cool in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap.

For the apple slices, rinse apples and core. Cut apples into slices. Heat oil in a pan. Sauté apples and sprinkle with vanilla sugar when nearly cooked. Serve custard together with apples and garnish with lemon balm.
