- 250 grams Pastry flour
- ½ tsp fine Sea salt
- olive oil
- Pastry flour (for the work surface)
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped rosemary
Preparation

Dissolve the yeast in 125 ml (approximately 1/2 cup) of warm water. Combine the flour and salt in a bowl. Add the dissolved yeast and 3 tablespoons of olive oil to the flour and knead with the hook of an electric mixer into a smooth dough. If necessary add more flour or water. Cover and leave in a warm place for 45 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Knead the dough a second time on a lightly floured work surface. Then, roll out the dough into an oval shape and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Peel the garlic and lightly press the cloves into the dough. Sprinkle with rosemary and drizzle olive oil. Bake until golden brown, about 25 to 30 minutes.
