- 1 cup runny Blossom honey
- 4 sprigs thyme (cut into smaller pieces)
- 1 stick cinnamon

Preparation steps
1.
Put the honey in a saucepan. Add the thyme and cinnamon and heat through over a low heat for around 10 minutes, stirring.
2.
Remove from the heat and leave to cool for 2-3 hours. You can leave the thyme and cinnamon in the honey or remove them, as preferred. Pour into a jar to store.
