Flatbread with Chicken Breast
Brush the chicken breast with oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook under the broiler for about 5 minutes on each side.
Rinse the zucchini and cut into small cubes. Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water. Peel, cut into quarters and core. Cut into small cubes. Peel the onion and chop finely. Mix the diced vegetables, season with salt and pepper. Mix in the basil.
Toast the flatbread in a toaster as desired.
Spread the diced vegetables and sliced chicken on the flatbread. Serve garnished with lime wedges.
