1 Flank Steak (about 1.5 kg)
For the marinade
2 onions
2 garlic cloves
1 bunch parsley
1 tsp crushed peppers
80 milliliters vegetable oil
1 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation
1.

Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic. Rinse and dry the parsley. Remove the stems and finely chop. Mix all the ingredients with the oil, add to the meat, and let marinate for at least 1 hour.

Remove the meat from the marinade, drain, and pat dry. Heat the olive oil in a pan, then sear the flank steak for 1 minute on each side.

Cover the steak with the marinade, then cover the pan with aluminum foil. Heat in a 80°C (approximately 175°F) oven for 15-20 minutes.

Remove the steak from the oven, then transfer to a wooden cutting board. Thinly slice against the grain. Serve the steak with plenty of fresh lettuce.
