4 pcs fish fillets (each about 180 grams, such as cod or red fish)
1 shallot
4 Tbsps olive oil
150 milliliters fish stock (()
2 lemons
1 tsp honey
1 lemon (sliced)
cilantro (finely chopped)

Preparation steps

Peel and finely chop shallots and saute in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add fish stock, lemon juice, honey and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat.

Rinse and pat dry fish fillets and season with salt and pepper. Pour shallot sauce over fish fillets, add lemon slices and simmer for about 6 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking. Add chopped cilantro. Serve with buttered pasta, if desired.
