- 500 grams potatoes
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 l Vegetable broth
- Salmon (300 grams)
- Perch fillet (300 grams)
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps dry Vermouth
- 100 grams Whipped cream
- 2 Tbsps chopped Dill

Preparation steps
1.
Peel, rinse and dice potatoes. Peel and halve cucumber lengthwise, remove seeds with a sharp spoon and cut cucumber into small cubes.

In a pot, bring broth and potatoes to a boil. Simmer about 10 minutes. Add cucumber, season with salt and cook 15 minutes more.

Meanwhile, divide fish into bite-sized serving pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice.
4.
Season potatoes and cucumber with salt and pepper. Stir in dill, vermouth and cream. Add fish and let stand until fish is cooked through, about 5 minutes. Serve stew in bowls.
