- 400 grams mixed fish fillets (Cod, haddock, plaice and other)
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice

- For the fish stock
- 500 grams Fish (Head, tail, bones)
- 1 pkg frozen Soup vegetables (such as carrot, leek, parsnip or other aromatic vegetables such as celery or onion)
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 white peppercorns
- 500 milliliters water
- 250 milliliters dry white wine
- 1 mashed garlic clove
- 1 generous pinch Saffron
- 1 pkg light Sauce
- 125 grams mussels
- 200 grams Squid ring
- 200 grams Deep sea crab
- 2 Tbsps chopped parsley
Preparation steps

Clean fillet, sour, salt. For the fish stock, put together small parts with the soup vegetables, garnish with bay leaf, salt, peppercorn and water. Cook for 20 minutes with no lid on. Strain everything through a sieve into a saucepan, with the white wine, garlic, saffron and filet pieces.

Leave for 8 minutes. Then remove and keep warm. Stir in light sauce. Add mussels, squid and crab in the soup. Let infuse for 5 minutes. Season to taste, garnish with parsley and immediately serve.
