- 150 grams Whipped cream
- 4 Tbsps Sour cream
- ½ bunch Chives
- ½ bunch parsley
- 2 slices Gouda
- salt
- peppers
Preparation
1.
Cook the vegetables according to package directions in a little water.
Rinse and finely chop the herbs.

Mix the cream into the vegetables, bring to a boil again and stir in the herbs. Season with salt and pepper and mix in the sour cream.
3.
Cut the Gouda slices into star shapes.
Transfer the vegetables onto plates and serve garnished with Gouda stars.
