Preparation steps

1.

Peel fruits, trim and cut into bite-sized cubes. Remove gooseberry husks and rinse the fruit. Squeeze juice from the lime.

Mix yogurt with honey and lime juice until smooth.

Toast pine nuts in a dry pan until fragrant.

4.

Divide fruit cubes among 4 glasses. Top with yogurt. Sprinkle with the gooseberries and the pine nuts and serve.
