- 8 eggs (hard-boiled)
- 1 shallot
- 100 grams Smoked trout
- 3 Tbsps acid Whipped cream
- lemon juice
- salt
- white peppers (freshly ground)

Preparation steps
1.
Knock off tops of shells from hard-boiled eggs. Using a teaspoon, scoop out eggs and cut into small cubes. Peel and finely chop shallots and mix with eggs. Tear fish into pieces and mix with eggs. Stir in sour cream and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
2.
Stuff egg salad into the hollowed-out egg shells and garnish with capers, diced beets and dill sprigs.
