Preparation steps

Trim the radicchio and cut into strips. Rinse the lettuce, shake dry and also cut into strips. Cut the tomatoes into quarters, remove the seeds and cut into cubes. Cut the Feta into cubes.

For the dressing, combine the vinegar and oil and season with salt and pepper.

Mix the dressing into the prepared salad ingredients and transfer to 2 plates.

Peel the eggs and cut into quarters lengthwise. Arrange on the salad along with the olives and serve showered with chives.
