Ingredients

for 4 servings
8 Pickled eggs (or hard-boiled eggs)
1 small jar Mandarin orange
2 tablespoons Chopped green onion
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
Tabasco sauce
150 grams Creme fraiche cheese
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Salt
freshly ground Pepper
100 grams Lettuce

Preparation steps

Peel the eggs and cut into 1 cm (approximately 1/4 inch) thick slices. Drain the mandarin oranges, reserving the juice.

Mix the mayonnaise with the creme fraiche, lemon juice, a splash of tabasco, and 2 tablespoons of the reserved mandarin juice. Season the mixture to taste with salt and pepper.

Arrange the lettuce on plates. Top with the sliced eggs and mandarin oranges. Drizzle with the dressing and serve.
