Healthy, because
Chicken eggs are small nutrient bombs and even with an egg in a jar you get your money's worth in terms of nutrition: plenty of high-quality protein makes you fit and supports muscle building. The various B vitamins are very important for functioning metabolic processes in the body and the combination of calcium and phosphorus strengthens bones and teeth.
Even smarter
Whether for breakfast or rather for dinner: The egg in the glass can always be combined well! Try it with fresh salad and a green sauce or with wholemeal toast.
