1 oz Arugula
4 ozs Cherry tomatoes
1 garlic clove
¾ oz sun-dried tomatoes (4 dried tomatoes)
1 Tbsp olive oil
4 stems Basil

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Then drain and allow to drain.

In the meantime, wash the arugula and cherry tomatoes; spin dry the arugula, quarter the tomatoes. Peel garlic and cut into slices. Cut dried tomatoes into strips. Heat oil in a pan. Cook garlic and dried tomatoes in it at low heat for about 5 minutes.

3.

Wash basil, shake dry and chop. Add pasta to the pan, season with pepper and toss once.

4.

Pour tomatoes and arugula salad over the pasta and season to taste with salt and pepper.
