Preparation steps

Peel the potatoes. Rinse the peeled potatoes and cut into small pieces. Cook in boiling salted water for 25 minutes, until soft.

Drain the potatoes and let dry slightly. Add the cream and butter to the potatoes and mash until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
