- 1 pkg bread dumpling ((premade)
- ¼ l milk
- 2 tsps Chives
- 250 grams Arugula
- 3 Radish
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 4 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt (pepper)

Preparation steps

Mix dumpling package content with hot milk, add chives and let soak for 5 minutes. Mix well and make 6 dumplings out of the mixture. Cook in boiling salted water for 10 minutes on low heat.

Rinse and spin dry arugula. Rinse and trim radishes, chop finely. Peel egg and chop finely. Whisk balsamic vinegar with oil and season with sugar and salt. Remove dumplings from the water and slice. Arrange with arugula on plates and drizzle with the dressing. Sprinkle with radishes and egg and serve.
