Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the lettuce leaves and shake dry. Rinse the peaches, cut in half, remove the pits and cut the flesh into slices. Mix the quark with the cream cheese and orange juice until smooth. Season with garam masala, salt and pepper.

Cut the duck breast into thin slices. Heat the tortillas in a frying pan 1 - 2 minutes on each side. Remove, spread with the cheese cream mixture. Top with the duck breast, lettuce and peach slices and roll firmly.

3.

Tie together with ribbon and cut diagonally into pieces. Serve with radishes if desired.
