400 grams Smoked salmon
150 grams Crème fraiche
75 milliliters Whipped cream

Preparation steps

Rinse and chop zucchini. Rinse and dry bell peppers and tomatoes, halve and remove seeds and ribs, dice. Rinse and dry beans, cut into pieces and blanch in boiling salted water for 2 minutes. Drain, rinse in cold water and drain again. Rinse celery and dice.

Cut smoked salmon into cubes. Whisk creme fraiche with cream until smooth and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Toss vegetables with the dressing and combine with salmon. Place into glasses and serve.
