- 2 handfuls Yarrow leaf (100 grams)
- For the dough
- 100 grams Spelt flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 150 milliliters milk
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsps Parmesan (freshly grated)
- vegetable oil (for cooking)

Preparation steps
1.
Mix the flour with the salt, Parmesan and milk until smooth. Mix in the egg and let soak 20 minutes. The dough should not be too thin. Dredge yarrow leaves through the dough. Cook in the hot oil in portions until golden brown about 2-3 minutes. Remove with slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Serve with sour cream to taste.
