- 400 grams fresh Date
- 1 pc ginger (about 4 cm)
- 80 grams Cashews
- 50 grams Shelled pistachio
- 4 Tbsps raisins
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
Preparation

For the fresh dates, halve, core and remove skin. Peel ginger and grate finely. Chop cashews.

Peel pistachios and chop. Soak raisins for 20 minutes and drain. Reserve the soaking liquid.

Combine dates, raisins, 1-2 tablespoons of the soaking water, cinnamon and ginger in a blender and puree (alternatively with a grinder).
4.
Add cashews and pistachios and briefly puree, so that the nut pieces are still recognizable. Pour into jars and seal.
