Preparation steps

1.
Spray a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.

Combine the remaining ingredients into a large saucepan. Cook over medium heat, while whisking until sugar is dissolved and the butter has melted.

Continue to cook, undisturbed until the mixture reaches 149°C | 300F.

Whisk the toffee for 1 minute then pour onto prepared baking sheet, tilting the pan to spread evenly.
