- 2 handfuls Dandelion flower (not yet fully opened)
- 1 organic lemon
- 500 grams sugar
Preparation

Don't rinse the dandelion flowers, but make sure to wipe them of any dirt. Rinse the lemons in hot water, then cut into slices. Place in a large glass jar with the dandelions.

Slowly bring the sugar and 1 liter (approximately 1 quart) of water to a boil, stirring often. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Cool completely, then pour over the dandelion mixture in the jar. Make sure everything is completely covered. Seal and infuse for 2 days.

Strain through a cheeseloth lined strainer into a clean pot. Bring to a boil, then pour into a prepared bottle. Seal tightly, and cool.

Dilute with water to make a lemonade (using a 1:6 ratio of syrup to water).
