- 1 Tbsp Dill (finely chopped)
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
- 1 generous pinch Red pepper flakes
Preparation

Rinse and thinly slice the cucumber.

For the dressing, mix the oil and vinegar. Mix in the dill, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Add to the cucumbers, and marinate briefly.

Sprinkle with the chili flakes, and serve.
