1 Cucumber
6 sprigs Dill
2 cans Tuna
30 milliliters olive oil
salt
1 splash lemon juice
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Peel cucumber with knife and cut into sections about 3 cm (approximately 1 inch) long. Hollow out each cucumber section on one side using spoon. Put cucumbers on work surface with hollow side up.

Rinse dill, shake dry and chop. Set some dill aside for garnish. Drain tuna in sieve and use a fork to mash with oil in bowl, forming a paste. Mix tuna with chopped dill and season with salt, lemon juice and pepper. Fill tuna paste into hollow pieces of cucumber and garnish with dill.
