Preparation steps

Rinse the figs and cut into slices. Rinse the fish, pat dry and cut into thin slices.

Preheat a barbecue grill. Toast bread slices on the hot grill grates while turning, about 5 minutes. Grill fish pieces on oiled grill grates on each side for about 2 minutes, then season with salt and pepper. Drizzle bread slices with with some olive oil, put the pieces of fish and the fig slices on top and crumble over a little goat cheese. Sprinkle again with a little oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and serve.
