125 grams Agave syrup
50 grams Hazelnuts (blanched)
2 tsps water

Preparation steps

1.

Toast the sesame seeds in a dry, large skillet until light brown.

Pour the apple juice and agave syrup in a saucepan and heat while stirring. Cook for about 7 minutes, while skimming off any foam formed repeatedly.

Add the sesame seeds and pine nuts at a time to the syrup. Spread the mixture into 1 cm (approximately ½ inch) thick layer evenly into a greased baking tray. Allow to cool, cut into rectangles and serve.
