- For the crepes
- 300 grams Pastry flour
- 4 eggs
- 400 milliliters lukewarm water
- salt
- 80 grams clarified butter
- For the filling
- 450 grams frozen Creamed spinach
Preparation

For the crepes, mix flour in a bowl with egg, water and salt. Let rest for 30 minutes. For the filling, cook spinach according to package directions and season with salt and pepper. Heat clarified butter in a pan and fry crepe batter in portions to create 8 crepes.

Spread spinach filling on each pancake, roll crepes around filling and place in a baking dish. Grate cheese, mix in a bowl with nuts, spread over crepes and cook in a preheated 200°C (approximately 400°F) oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
