Preparation

Rinse the chives, shake dry and cut into small pieces. Mix the quark with the sour cream, stir in the chives and season with salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice.

Rinse, trim and thinly slice the radishes. Cut the baguette into slices to be topped with the chive quark spread. To serve, fill serving ramekins with the chive quark spread and serve with the bread and radishes.
