- 1 Avocado (peeled, halved and pitted)
- ½ cup cream cheese
- 1 tsp Horseradish
- 1 Tbsp fresh Basil (chopped)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 4 Baguette
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 cup Chorizo (sliced diagonally)
- 1 Tbsp Chives
- Chives

Preparation steps
1.
Mash the avocado with a fork and stir in the cream cheese, horseradish and basil. Season with lemon juice and salt.
2.
Fry the baguette slices in hot oil until crispy and golden brown. Remove from the pan and pat dry with kitchen paper.
3.
Overlap 3-4 slices of chorizo and roll up. Secure with a toothpick and fry in hot oil until golden.
4.
Place the purée on plates, add the bread and top with the chorizo rolls. Serve garnished with chive and chive shoots.
