Healthy, because
Dried dates can contain up to 70 percent natural sweetness - no extra sugar is needed for the orange-date sauce and cream. Together with the fresh figs, they provide fiber and numerous other bioactive substances, such as B vitamins and potassium for strong nerves.
Even smarter
If it is not fig season (August to October), then you can easily use dried ones, which you can cut into small pieces like dates. In dried fruit, the healthy ingredients are present in concentrated quantities and the fruits are sweeter. If you prepare the cream with goat's cream cheese, the cream gets a slightly spicy aroma.
