- 2 tsps freshly grated ginger
- 200 grams cream cheese

- cayenne pepper
- 8 slices Pumpernickel round (about 10 grams)
- 1 Tbsp scallions
Preparation

Peel the mango and cut the flesh from the core. Chop half of it into small cubes and the rest into thin columns.

Mix the cream cheese with the ginger and mango cubes and season with salt and cayenne pepper.
Spread some of the mango cream cheese on the pumpernickel slices and arrange 2 slices on each plate. Place the remaining fresh cheese next to them and serve garnished with mango slices and chives.
