- 250 grams cream cheese
- 2 carrots
- salt
- 1 Mango
- 1 Apple
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
Preparation

Peel and core the mango and apple and cut both into small cubes. Boil with honey, lemon juice, salt and a little water in a pot for about 15 min. Let simmer. Then puree and let cool.

Peel the carrot and grate finely. Warm the tortillas. Then spread with cream cheese and sprinkle with grated carrots. Roll and cut diagonally into three pieces. Serve with the mango-apple dip.
