Preparation steps
1.
Steam the asparagus until just tender.

Meanwhile, mix the crabmeat with the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Arrange the shredded lettuce in tightly packed circles on the middle of 4 serving plates.

Shape the crabmeat into 4 patties and lay on top of the lettuce.
5.
Mix the olive oil with the lemon zest and season with salt and pepper. Arrange the marjoram around the crab and drizzle with the olive oil dressing.
6.
Coat the steamed asparagus with the melted butter and arrange on top of the crab. Serve immediately.
