150 grams (approximately 5 ounces) Couscous
300 milliliters (approximately 10 ounces) Chicken broth
2 small Chicken breasts
1 bunch mint
½ bunch smoothness parsley
½ Cucumber
1 Red onion
1 garlic
4 tablespoons lemon juice
6 tablespoons olive oil
salt
peppers (from the mill)
1 teaspoon honey

Preparation steps

Pour couscous into boiling water let swell for 10 minutes. Rinse mint and parsley, spin dry and pluck leaves from the stems. Peel cucumber, remove seeds and chop. Chop onion into thin strips and garlic into thin slices. Briefly fry onion strips with the garlic in 1 tablespoon olive oil, allow to cool slightly, and then add to couscous, herbs and cucumber in a bowl. Drizzle over lemon juice and olive oil, mix well and season with salt, pepper and honey. Cut the chicken breasts into thin slices, season with salt, pepper and fry each side in a pan with a little oil (about 1-2 minutes per side).
