Preparation

Rinse the apple and wipe dry. Cut into quarters, remove seeds and cut into slices.

Rinse zucchini, wipe dry, cut in half lengthwise and cut into slices.

Peel onions and cut into eighths.

Cut sausages in half lengthwise. Thread sausages with apple, zucchini and onion pieces onto 6 skewers. (Note: If you are using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30-minutes before using so they do not burn!) Place the skewers on a large aluminum grill pan.

In a small bowl, whisk together oil, mustard and apple juice. Season with pepper. Brush onto skewers and cook on a hot grill for 8-10 minutes, turning frequently. Serve immediately
