- For the fish
- 4 Cod (about 160 g5.6 ounces)
- 2 carrots
- 2 Fennel bulb
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 100 milliliters white wine
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- For the sauce
- 200 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 200 grams Peas
- 1 garlic clove
- lemon juice
- Dill (for garnish)

Preparation steps

For the fish: Rinse filets and pat dry. Peel and coarsely grate carrots. Rinse and thinly slice fennel bulbs. Heat oil in a pan and sauté carrots and fennel. Deglaze with white wine. Add fish, season with salt and pepper, cover and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes.

For the sauce: Meanwhile, boil broth, peas and peeled garlic. Simmer for about 5 minutes and puree. If sauce is too thick, add a little more broth. Season with salt and lemon juice.
Plate fish and vegetables, garnish with dill and serve with sauce.
