- 2 fresh eggs
- ⅔ cup milk
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 6 slices whole grain bread (toasted)
- Oil (for griddle)
- pure Maple syrup (to serve)
- 1 ½ cups fresh Raspberries (gently rinsed)

Preparation steps
1.
In a medium bowl, beat eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla and salt together.
2.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle over medium-high heat.
3.
Dunk each slice of bread into the egg mixture, soaking both sides. Place on griddle, and cook until both sides are golden brown.
4.
Transfer to individual plates. Serve hot with maple syrup and raspberries.
