- 2 organic Limes
- 250 grams Strawberries
- ½ l black Tea (brewed)
- ½ l Passion fruit juice
- ½ l Orange juice
- 120 grams Raspberries
- ¼ l Tonic water
- ¼ l Bitter Lemon
Preparation

Rinse oranges and limes under hot water and cut into thin slices. Rinse, hull and halve strawberries. Combine orange and lime slices in a bowl. Stir in tea, passion fruit juice, and orange juice.

Refrigerate punch overnight. Just before serving, add rinsed raspberries and halved strawberries and top with tonic water and bitter lemon.
