1 pinch salt
200 grams butter
2 egg yolks
1 Tbsp Vinegar
100 milliliters milk
For the topping
1 tsp cinnamon
100 grams sugar
150 grams Walnut (chopped)
150 grams Hazelnuts (chopped)

Preparation steps

For the dough: Combine all ingredients in a food processor, process until combined, spread out over a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, prick several times with a fork and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 20 minutes.

For the topping: Combine the cinnamon, sugar and nuts. Remove the cake from the oven, sprinkle with the nut mixture, let cool then cut into pieces.
