- 1 ripe Mango
- ½ organic lemon (juice)
- 6 Tbsps Orange juice
- 5 Tbsps Natural yogurt
- 3 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsps mint (cut into strips)
Preparation

With a sharp knife, cut off pineapple peel. Halve lengthwise and cut into thin slices.

Peel mango, cut flesh away from pit, and thinly slice. Arrange fruit decoratively on a serving plate and sprinkle with lemon juice.
3.
Beat orange juice with yogurt, cream and honey until frothy. Pour sauce over fruit. Serve sprinkled with mint.
