40 grams white Couverture
40 grams dark Couverture
2 Wooden skewers
2 Tbsps Pistachio

Preparation steps

1.

Risne strawberries and pat dry. Chop each chocolate coarsely and melt separately over a hot water bath, then allow to cool slightly. Dip half of strawberries in the white chocolate and the rest in the dark chocolate. Allow the strawberries to dry on a wire rack.

Thread white and dark chocolate covered strawberries on skewers and chill about 1 hour.

Grind pistachioes finely. Whip the cream until stiff with powdered sugar. Fold in up to 1 teaspoon ground pistachios. Divide pistachio cream among dessert plates, then add the skewers and sprinkle with remaining pistachios.
