- 250 grams Dark chocolate
- 250 grams Whipped cream
- 250 milliliters milk
- 2 slices Toast
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Banana
- lemon juice
- 150 milliliters Whipped cream
- Cocoa (for dusting)
Preparation steps

Chop the chocolate. Heat the cream and the milk, add the chocolate and let dissolve therein. Remove crust from the bread and fry in melted butter until crispy. Peel the banana, cut into slices and drizzle immediately with lemon juice.

Distribute the chocolate soup in four dessert bowls and top with the croutons and slices of banana. Whip the cream, fill in a dispenser and inject a tuft on each soup. Serve dusted with cocoa powder.
