Chocolate Pudding with Vanilla Sauce
Measure 1/2 liter of milk (approximately 1 pint) and set 2 tablespoons of it aside. Bring the rest to a boil with 2 tablespoons of sugar.
Mix the 2 tablespoons of milk with the pudding powder and cocoa powder until smooth and add to the boiling milk. Bring to a boil while stirring and put into a bowl to cool.
For the sauce, heat the remaining milk and cook the sauce powder according to the package instructions.
Let cool. Serve the pudding with the sauce.
